While developing this collection, we spent considerable time reflecting on the difference between formality and dress.

Not dressing for decoration or elevation, nor using formality as a display of authority or individuality. What interests us instead is a quieter idea of Japanese formality —one shaped by restraint and composure.

These materials are shaped into seemingly standard garments, where subtle cutting and precise details introduce a contemporary character without excess.
